You have to truly realize that it doesn’t matter what others think. Realize that people can think what they want, that you’ll be ok, even if they think negative of you. Truly realize that there is something in you, or you on a deeper level, is unaffected by the judging of others. Try to see this in your life by putting attention in yourself, in your body and feeling it for yourself. Sense that there is more to you than what is affected by what others are doing and what others think.
Try to see that what others think of you is out of your control. They may just not like you due to their past experiences. This you can’t control. What you can control is how it affects you so just feel the feelings that being judged causes. See that they can’t hurt, they are only feelings. Feel these things and just see that there is more to you than them and that they are nothing to avoid, they don’t need to control you.
Give up judging others. See if you are judging other and just observe the pull and the desire to do so. Try and just let people be themselves. I’ve found that if you judge others you are more likely to think that others are judging you. See if this is true for you by not judging people and see if things change. If you don’t change life won’t change, so just try it and see what happens.
